Google Ads and SEO Guarantees

We explicitly state that we cannot, and do not, guarantee specific enrollment numbers, fixed lead generation rates, or top Google search rankings for any sustained period. SEO and PPC performance are subject to continuous algorithm changes, competitor activity, economic conditions, and seasonal demand for driving courses in. Our commitment is to apply industry best practices, deep market knowledge, and continuous optimization efforts to maximize your local visibility and qualified student inquiries. We ensure all Google Ads campaigns are built to strictly adhere to Google's policies, particularly those governing education, licensing, and local business information. This rigorous compliance is paramount to avoid ad disapprovals and account suspensions. The costs for media spend (ad budget paid directly to Google, not to DriveSearch) are entirely separate from our service fees. We cannot be held responsible for the media spend budget or any fluctuations in cost-per-click (CPC) dictated by the live auction market. Furthermore, while we optimize for local map visibility (MEO), the final ranking displayed to potential students is controlled by Google's proprietary local search algorithm. Clients must cooperate by ensuring their service offerings and pricing on their website are clear, transparent, and accurately reflected in all advertising copy we manage. DriveSearch disclaims any liability for financial loss or missed revenue opportunities resulting from changes in external platform policies or market shifts beyond our immediate control. We aim to achieve the best possible performance given the dynamic digital environment and your school's unique competitive position. All reported metrics reflect qualified inquiries and student lead activity, which rely on the client's internal sales process for final conversion into paid enrollment.
