Refunds and Cancellation

Our financial commitment to our partners is based on service delivery, not enrollment guarantees. This policy outlines how refunds and contract cancellations are handled.

Service Fees, Refunds, and Termination

DriveSearch services are billed monthly in advance, as per the signed agreement detailing the SEO, PPC, and MEO services provided. Due to the intellectual property and labor invested immediately upon service activation (e.g., technical SEO implementation, keyword research, ad creation), fees paid for the current month are non-refundable. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle for cancellation of any recurring monthly package. If services are terminated before the agreed-upon minimum contract duration expires, the client may be liable for a cancellation fee equivalent to two months of service fees. Refunds are not issued for media spend (ad budget) paid directly by the client to advertising platforms like Google Ads; any billing disputes regarding ad spend must be taken up directly with Google. We only process refunds for verified billing errors or duplicated service charges that are explicitly the fault of DriveSearch's internal accounting system. Any request for a refund must be submitted within 10 days of the billing date, providing clear documentation of the billing discrepancy. We are committed to fair and transparent billing practices designed to support the partnership. This returns policy ensures that the significant resources allocated to improving your driving school's digital visibility are appropriately covered. We encourage all partners to manage their contract duration and cancellation period responsibly to avoid unexpected charges.
